|Friends = Princess Sofia, Prince James, Princess Amber, King Roland and Queen Miranda Emperor Quon is the ruler of the kingdom of Wei-Ling. He is married to Empress Lin-Lin, and his children are Princess Jun and Prince Jin. He's first appearance was in the episode Tri-Kingdom Picnic, when he was upset because he thought he was too clumsy to have a good time. The problem was quickly resolved, though, when King Roland played bad on purpose to make him feel better.
His title is "His Imperial Majesty The Emperor of Wei-Ling"
